Collection: Refund Policy

Return / Exchange is only applicable in case of a faulty, defective or damaged product delivery through online sale. The Client needs to intimate of the same “within 2 days of delivery”. No Return / Exchange request to be entertained post 2 days of delivery.  Return / Exchange can only be processed in the form of a store credit.
  • Once the Product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.
  • Refund for the product purchased will only be processed subject to our acceptance of the returned garment.
  • Refund can only be processed in the form of a store credit.
